Every Sunday at 3:00 PM on the fields across from the PAROC — 601 E 18th Ave. Show up, pick a team, and play.
The game
Casual, co-ed, and self-refereed. New players welcome.
This is a pickup game: no league, no fees, no commitment. We split into teams when people arrive and play for as long as the crowd and the weather hold up. Never played before? Come anyway — somebody will walk you through it on the sideline.

Every week, weather permitting. Get there a few minutes early to warm up and throw. Sign up below for a text reminder — and a heads-up if the game’s called off.

Find the field
We play on the open fields across from the PAROC (Prophet Aquatic Research and Outreach Center) on Emporia State’s campus. The map pin marks the PAROC building — look across the street for the group throwing discs.

On the field
Layouts, hucks, and a lot of running
Ultimate is a fast, non-contact team sport played with a flying disc: move it down the field by passing, and score by catching it in the end zone. Nobody runs with the disc, and the players make their own calls.
